Training Split

This is my training split. The exercises, sets and reps vary from week to week.

Monday: Chest/Triceps/Calves
Tuesday: Back/Biceps/Abs
Wednesday:  Rest day
Thursday:  Shoulders/Traps/Calves
Friday:  Legs/Abs

Saturday and Sunday are also days of rest. No matter what program I'm on, Sunday is always a day of rest.
